You’re prettier!
I will definitely blog later on! The whole fiasco with the screwed wordpress is over thanks to my wonderfulsome host Jie! I LOVE YOU! *huggles*
I'm exhausted, I just spent about an hour or two fixing up the layout. It looks a little screwed in IE but screw that. Firefox pwns anyways. *smug*

That's okay :D You don't have to love me for my wit and charm, but I do have good news! A new layout will be up very very soon! (which in Kay speak is, it'll probably be up next week) I just have to work out a few kinks and code it into wordpress and I'll be all set. So that's part one of: I'm so sorry for leaving you guys for such a long time without doing anything!
Next is the amount of updates that my lovely visitors (who have not abandoned me) will get as in return for not doubting me (or throwing tomatoes at me) I'm going to be working on several tutorials, and I promise that by the end of this week, I will have added TEN, YES TEN NEW SPANKING TUTORIALS/ARTICLES!
I know, I can practically hear you drooling on your keyboard.
Since I've been away for such a long time, I'm a little rusty with the whole blogging thing (good thing Zoe was here to patch things over). Basically, for those that didn't know, I've been super duper busy with a musical that our school was doing. And no, I wasn't something especially important, just someone in the Chorus, but man was it ever tiring!
The play we did was "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory", most of you probably know it :P And, I've gotta say, it was a LOT of fun, but the price I paid was that I walked around with rings under my eyes for days!
Anyways, so I'm sure you're wondering about my wonderful title? (yah, this time it actually took me some thinking to come up with!) Let me just tell you that this is sort of a rant...of my disbelief.
So here's the whole story. The chorus people were backstage, including me (who was one of the soloists) and we were just getting ready for the curtain to open. There was about 5 minutes to go. As I was clearing my thoughts and breathing deeply, here's what I heard:
"You're prettier!"
"No! You're prettier"
"Omg, are you blind?! You are obviously the gorgeous one here! I'm so ugly!"
...and on it went. Only for one of the two girls (both pretty) to ask one of my friends, we'll call her Jane, to officiate this "Who is Prettier Contest"
Yah. I was shocked and...really really gaping in disbelief. Here were two girls who weren't debating about grades, or who should be president, or even who was the hottest boy. NoOOooo. They just had to take it to another whole new level. Who was PRETTIER?!
I'll let this situation speak for itself.

Hey Kay. I've missed you too. Sorry, for being away for what seems like forever. Luckily for me you kept busy in that musical of yours.
Oh, how magical... a lamp that works but is not plugged in. I love how fun this layout is. It is definitely imaginative. I love the article/tutorial on the cheese cake and cinnamon toast. Well, who doesn't like sweets. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm sure it will taste awesome. You should post images. I'd love to see them. Maybe I'll send some if I find the time to make them. Thanks so much for writing them.

Yeah every girl at my school does that too. I think it's because one or the other knows who actually is prettier but either way wants to flatter the other person to make them like them better or else the conversation would look like this.
Girl 1- Omg, you look so pretty!
Girl 2- You too!
Girl 1- I am prettier aren't I.
Girl 2- Uh, yeah okay sure...
Like it'd be awkward and weird lmfao. This layout is very creative to what I usually see. It's lovely! I love the whole plug idea. Well done. I've got a new blog and video up so check em' out. :)

Wow, those girls are... odd. Really, that's all I could think of to describe them. I know, I'm so lame. But if I were you, I would've yelled: "No way! I'm prettier."

THAT EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME.
But it was in class.
Conversation as follows:
"Are you Korean?"
"No I'm Chinese"
"Really? You look kind of Korean, you know, you're pretty"
"What? No, *you're* pretty"
"No, *you're* pretty"
[insert light laughter from both]
And then they bonded.
I found it kind of hilarious. That's cute. xD
If somebody asks you that you should say, "...my dog."

Other than having a breakdown, I'm good though. :3 Off next tuesday because it's training day for the teachers. -dances-

This new layout is gorgeous =) I love how it has a semi-3D effect! Awesome.
And that's just one stupid contest... Gah, people's minds these days. It's like they have nothing else to think about!
Anyway, they're probably just vain (no offence.) They say "you're prettier!" so that they can hear the same thing said back to themselves, which will make them feel very pretty indeed.
